Our story

Korean pizza meets Japanese katsu in Calgary

We introduced Calgary to Korean-style pizza in Royal Oak in late 2023, and in 2026 our local team opened Pizza Maru & Katsuya West in West Springs to serve the southwest. Both are dual-concept kitchens: Pizza Maru’s creative Korean pizzas on green tea chlorella dough, alongside Katsuya’s crispy Japanese fusion katsu and Korean fried chicken. Casual, friendly spots for family dinners, date nights and takeout — from Royal Vista, Rocky Ridge and Tuscany in the northwest to West Springs, Aspen Woods and Cougar Ridge in the southwest.
